Working with Simple Flooring was a breeze. Our project involved both refinishing existing floors and installing new floors in a house with lots of original woodwork. The team at Simple Flooring was diligent about making sure everything matched seamlessly. Our house is OLD with a lot of quirks to work around. Simple Flooring leveled and evened things out where possible, and we were really impressed with their artistry in dealing with the imperfections of an old home. This was our first ever renovation project and we’re really lucky we chose to work with such a professional team!

I just had vinyl gray wood installed in my living, dining & bedroom, and vinyl tile in the kitchen. For the last 2 years I have been trying to find a company that could work with my condo board and their strict rules with flooring installation. I first went to Home Depot then contacted multiple floor replacement companies and many did not know how to work with the rules my condo board had in place. Simple Flooring was not only easy to work with, professional, friendly, and willing to work with my condo board, they were also transparent about the cost and the work!! Not only that I didn’t have to compromise on the color I had always dreamed of having (which turned out better than I was expecting!!) Also, I was so relieved because I have severe allergy problems and desperately needed my carpet removed. This company is not only efficient and effective, but they are also quick!! Usually, my condo needs over 30 days to approve work, but Sarah was able to work with them and get the work approved within a week!! And the work was done after only 3 days! I highly recommend this company, especially if you are a condo owner and need a company that can work with strict condo board rules. I am very happy with my whole experience, from the start to the finish they were professional, friendly, transparently and flexible. You can change the color and style anytime during the process and they will work with you and answer your questions. I usually do not leave reviews, but I was so impressed I felt it would be wrong not to tell people how great company this is!!
